Epipheo.ai provides AI-generated explainer video animatics. Users interact with an AI chatbot to describe their business needs, and in response, the service generates an animatic, which includes a video script, voiceover, and key scene images. These animatics are prototypes and not intended as final products.
3. User Responsibilities
Content Provision: You are responsible for the information you provide to generate animatics.
Appropriate Use: You must not use Epipheo.ai for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of others.
Sharing and Distribution: You are permitted to share the animatics generated by our service, but you must not claim ownership of the underlying AI-generated content.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The AI-generated content, including scripts, voiceovers, and images, remain the intellectual property of Epipheo.ai. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your business purposes.
5. No Responsibility for Output
Epipheo.ai takes no responsibility for the accuracy, quality, or reliability of the output generated by our tool. Users should review and validate the content before use.
6. Privacy
Your provision of an email address is subject to our Privacy Policy. We will not share your email with third parties without your consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Epipheo.ai is not liable for any damages or loss incurred in connection with the use of our service, including but not limited to the reliance on any information or content generated by the tool.
